Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at dquills.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

Because our paper quilling art is carefully handcrafted and packaged to ensure it arrives safely, all orders require 5 business days to prepare and process before they are shipped.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders.

All packages are shipped via Sri Lanka Post (SL Post). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your location and local postal service efficiency.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or global postal delays outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey via the Sri Lanka Post tracking portal or your local postal service provider.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

dquills.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our delicate quilled art. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue (see our Refund and Return Policy for more details). Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photos to include in your email.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service first. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the 4-week estimate and the tracking has not updated, please reach out to us at service@dquills.com.
